山西省主要粮食作物耕地的畜禽粪污土地承载力分析  

Analysis on the Land Carrying Capacity of Livestock and Poultry Manure in the Major Grain Crops’ Cultivated Land in Shanxi Province

摘　　要：根据山西省2017年各市县区主要粮食作物产量和主要畜禽年末存栏量,对山西省各市县区主要粮食作物的耕地土地承载力进行了计算分析。结果表明,按粪肥比例50%计算,山西省11个市的主要粮食作物小麦、玉米、谷子、高粱、大豆和马铃薯总耕地面积的土地承载力均大于各市的主要畜禽牛、猪、羊、禽按年末存栏量计算的粪肥养分总供给量(以猪当量计),但除了晋城、运城和临汾3个市外,其余8个市中均存在部分区县粪肥养分供给量超过土地承载力的现象。为了保护农业资源环境,应以地定畜、以种定养,并对粪肥进行合理管理,调配施用。According to the output of major grain crops and the major annual stock of livestock and poultry in each county and city in Shanxi province in 2017,the carrying capacity of cultivated land of major grain crops in each county and city in Shanxi province was calculated and analyzed.The results showed that calculating by manure proportion 50%,the total land carrying capacity of wheat,corn,millet,sorghum,soybean and potato in 11 cities of Shanxi province was greater than that of cattle,pigs,sheep and poultry in terms of the total nutrient supply of manure(in terms of pig equivalent).However,except for Jincheng,Yuncheng and Linfen,the supply of manure nutrients exceeded the land carrying capacity in some districts and counties.To protect the agricultural resources and environment,we should make use of the land to fix the livestock,the species to fix the breeding,and manage the manure reasonably,allocate and apply it.
