摘 要:为了解大白菜病毒病的发生流行规律,找出病毒侵染和蚜虫传毒的关键时间节点、病毒传播的主要途径,选择山西省主要大白菜产区,以科萌夏秋王、金娃娃F1、晋春一号、901春大白菜品种和四季王(感病品种)、9812、龙2001、金皇60秋大白菜品种作为材料,对其病毒病的发生流行规律进行了调查分析,研究了蚜虫、温度与大白菜病毒病病情指数之间的关系。结果表明,在大白菜幼苗期,病毒病较易发生,另外,调查当年春季前期雨水较多,5-6月比较干旱,蚜虫大量发生,病毒病发生较重;在栽培上,春大白菜晚播比早播病毒病发生严重,秋大白菜晚播比早播病毒病发生较轻;蚜虫的发生量、平均温度与大白菜病毒病的病情指数呈正相关,其直接影响着田间病毒病的发生和流行。研究结果可为北方地区生产上制定大白菜病毒病防控措施提供一定的理论依据。To understand the epidemic regularity of Chinese cabbage virus disease,find out the key time nodes of virus infection and aphid transmission and the main ways of virus transmission,the paper selected the main Chinese cabbage producing areas in Shanxi province,taking Chinese cabbage spring varieties of Kemeng Xiaqiuwang,Jinwawa F1,Jinchun 1 and 901,Chinese cabbage autumn varieties of Sijiwang(susceptible variety),9812,Long 2001,Jinhuang 60 as test materials,the occurrence and epidemic regularity of virus diseases was investigated and analyzed,the relationship between aphid,temperature and disease index of Chinese cabbage virus disease was studied.The results showed that in the seedling stage of Chinese cabbage,viral diseases were more likely to occur.In addition,in the early spring of 2017,there was more rain,drought in May-June,aphids occured in large numbers and viral diseases occured more severely.In cultivation,viral diseases of spring Chinese cabbage late sowing was more serious than early sowing,and late sowing of autumn Chinese cabbage was less serious than early sowing.The occurrence of aphids and average temperature with the disease index of Chinese cabbage virus disease were positively correlated,which directly affected the occurrence and epidemic of viral diseases in the field.The study results will provide a theoretical basis for preventing the occurrence of Chinese cabbage viral diseases in northern China.
