红蓼挥发油杀菌剂对马铃薯环腐病的防治效果

摘　　要：试验以红蓼挥发油植物源杀菌剂为材料,通过对种子各项发芽指标及幼苗生长长势的测定,分析其对马铃薯环腐病的防治效果。结果表明,经红蓼挥发油植物源杀菌剂处理后,种子各发芽指标均显著增加;马铃薯幼苗各生长指标及各叶绿素含量均显著高于对照组,病情指数显著低于对照组。其中,稀释0~80倍的该杀菌剂处理后,壮苗指数与病情指数均无显著区别,表现出显著的防治效果。表明该杀菌剂在种子发芽期及苗期对马铃薯环腐病菌有显著的抑制作用。试验结果可为马铃薯环腐病的防治提供新的治疗手段。Clavibacter michiganensis subsp.sepedonicus caused great losses to potato production.In this experiment,the botanical bactericide of Polygonum orientale essential oils was used as the material,and the control effects of the bactericide on Clavibacter michiganensis were analyzed by measuring the germination indexes of seeds and the growth indexes of seedlings.The results indicated that the germination indexes of seeds significantly increased after the treatment with botanical bactericide of Polygonum orientale essential oils.Similarly,the growth indexes and chlorophyll contents of potato seedlings were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the disease indexes were significantly lower than that of the control group.When the botanical bactericide was diluted 0-80 times,there were no significant differences in sound seedling index and disease index.The results of sound seedling index and disease index indicated significant control effects.It was concluded that this bactericide had significant inhibition effects on Clavibacter michiganensis during the germination stage and seedling stage.These results will provide a new method for the control of potato ring rot.
