摘  要:为三明市尤溪烟区烤烟生产的合理施肥与适时打顶提供科学依据,采用田间试验方法,研究不同施氮量及打顶时间对翠碧1号中棵型烟株农艺性状及产质量的影响。结果表明:施纯氮105.0kg/hm^2烟株抽薹后花莛长5cm时打顶其田间生长良好,烤烟的株型与叶面积较为适宜;产量和产值最高,分别为2 098.65kg/hm^2和6.81万元/hm^2;烤后烟叶外观质量评价好,内含化学成分较为适宜,综合经济性状较好,较符合目前中棵烟培育的需求。三明市尤溪烟区气候条件下,烤烟生产上适当提高施氮量并采取提前打顶方式,有利于翠碧1号田间生长良好,并提高其产质量。To provide a scientific basis for rational fertilization and timely topping of flue-cured tobacco production in Youxi tobacco area of Sanming City,a field experiment was conducted to explore the effects of different nitrogen application amount and topping time on agronomic traits,yield and quality of tobacco cultivar Cuibi 1.Results:The tobacco plants applied with 105.0 kg/hm^2 grew well if topped after bolting with flower bud 5 cm long,and the plant type and leaf area of flue-cured tobacco were suitable.Meanwhile,the yield and output value reached the highest,respectively 2 098.65 kg/hm^2 and 68.1 thousand Yuan/hm^2;As well,the appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves was good,the chemical composition was suitable,and the comprehensive economic traits were better,which was in line with the current demand for tobacco cultivation.Under the climatic conditions of Youxi tobacco area in Sanming City,the appropriate increase in nitrogen application rate and the early topping method in flue-cured tobacco production was conducive to the good growth of Cuibi 1 in the field,and the enhancement of its yield and quality.
