摘  要:海洋平台导管架的修复是海洋工程的一个重要研究方向,其中灌浆卡箍加固修复应用最广.为了解在复杂海况下灌浆卡箍受到波浪与海流共同作用下的水动力,首先利用Morison公式分析灌浆卡箍上的线性波浪载荷,确定垂直方向和水平方向卡箍受到的波浪力和海流力,并进行水动力载荷计算,最后使用压力机对卡箍进行防脱实验.创新性的分别对卡箍进行垂直和水平方向的水动力进行分析,然后利用直管长螺栓型卡箍进行防脱实验,进而了解其所受的滑脱力.证实了灌浆卡箍加固修复方法对海洋平台导管架的安全性和可靠性有很大的帮助.The repair of the offshore platform jacket is an important research direction of ocean engineering,and the grouting clamp reinforcement and repair is the most widely used.In order to solve the hydrodynamic interference problem of grouting clamp under the combined action of wave and current in complex sea conditions,this paper uses Morison formula to analyze the linear wave load on the grouting clamp.Determine the wave force and sea flow force of the vertical and horizontal grouting clamps,and calculate the hydrodynamic load.When the grouting clamp is in the vertical state,the maximum wave load is 23341 N and the maximum sea current is 8062.65 N.Finally,using the press to carry out the anti-offload test of the clamp,it is verified that the slippage force of the grouting clamp is far greater than the wave load force received.The innovation can be summarized as a hydrodynamic comprehensive analysis of the grouting clamps in the vertical and horizontal directions.The feasibility of implementing the grouting clamp reinforcement method in the local damage repair operation of the offshore platform jacket was confirmed.
