摘　　要：目的建立广西卫生科教信息管理系统,以提高卫生科教管理工作质量和效率,实现卫生科教管理中卫生科研课题、卫生适宜技术推广奖评审与管理的信息化。方法遵循调查统计-需求分析-总体设计-详细设计-开发实现-运行调试-修订完善的软件开发周期,基于浏览器/服务器网络结构模式,利用SQL数据库协调各方面资源,进行系统开发。结果建立了集项目申报书填写、专家审核、项目管理、专家库等功能于一体的广西卫生科教管理系统。该系统在广西全区推广应用后运行稳定,使用效果良好,达到了预期建设目标。结论广西卫生科教信息管理系统的设计和实施促进了广西卫生科教管理工作中卫生科研课题、卫生适宜技术推广奖评审与管理信息化的发展,进一步提高了卫生科教管理工作效率。Objective To establish information management system for Guangxi health science and education,thereby improving the quality and efficiency of health science and education management,and achieving informationized evaluation and management of health scientific research subject and health appropriate technology promotion award in hygiene science and education management.Methods Abiding by the software development cycle of investigation and statistics,demand analysis,overall design,detailed design,development and implementation,operation and debugging,as well as revision and improvement,SQL database was employed to coordinate various aspects of resources based on browser/server network structure mode,and thus conducting a system development.Results A management system for Guangxi health science and education integrating the functions of filling projection declaration,expert review,project management,expert database,etc.,was established.After promotion and application in all regions of Guangxi,the system was operated stably,and achieved a good application effect and expected planning targets.Conclusion The design and implementation of information management system for Guangxi health science and educationpromote the development of informationized evaluation and management of health scientific research subject and hygiene appropriate technology promotion award in Guangxi health science and education management,and further improve the work efficiency of health science and education.
