摘  要:为探索适宜机收的早熟生态型两系杂交油菜高产制种技术,在青海制种基地,以早熟生态型两用不育系6S和早熟优质恢复系C10为父母本,分别设置不同行比(1∶3,2∶6,2∶8)、不同播期(3月22日、3月29日、4月5日、5月12日)以及不同复合肥(N∶P∶K=15∶15∶15)施用量(300,450,600,750 kg·hm^-2),开展单因素试验,研究各因素对早熟生态型两系杂交机收油菜制种产量的影响。结果表明,亲本行比为2∶6时,6S×C10制种产量最高,为1980.75 kg·hm^-2;随着播期的推迟,6S×C10制种产量降低,当播期为3月22日时,制种产量最高,达2051.25 kg·hm^-2;随着复合肥施用量的增加,6S×C10制种产量先升高后降低,至施用量为600 kg·hm^-2时,制种产量最高,达1929.0 kg·hm^-2。To explore the high-yielding seed production technology of early-maturing ecotypic two-line hybrid rape suitable for mechanical harvesting,early-maturing ecotypic dual-purpose line 6 S was as the female parent,and early-maturing high-quality recovery line C10 was as male parent,three single factor experiments were carried out in the seed production base of Qinghai province,which included different row ratio(1∶3,2∶6,2∶8),different sowing date(22 ndMarch,29 thMarch,5 thApril,12 thMay)and different application amount of compound fertilizer(300,450,600,750 kg·hm^-2),the seed production yield and the relative indices were investigated.The results showed that seed production yield of 6 S×C10 was the highest(1980.75 kg·hm^-2)when the row ratio was 2∶6.With the delay of sowing date,the seed production yield of 6 S×C10 decreased,and the highest yield was 2051.25 kg·hm^-2 when sowed on22 ndMarch.With the increase of compound fertilizer(N∶P∶K=15∶15∶15)application amount,the seed production yield of 6 S×C10 increased at first and then decreased,and the highest yield was 1929.0 kg·hm^-2 when the compound fertilizer application amount was600 kg·hm^-2.
