摘  要:鉴于当前青岛某厂家PCB分板机冲压机构在冲压加工时存在一定的振动,为减小高速冲压运动过程中的冲击、噪声等不利因素,保证冲压的平稳性以及上下模合模时对PCB电路板的冲击力小于阈值,可选取不同的运动规律进行比较分析[1],根据实际需求选择最优的运动规律曲线。根据实际设备参数,列出单一摆线、简谐-等速组合运动、摆线-等速组合运动曲线的数学方程式[2-3],并利用matalab做出相应的曲线图,对这三种运动规律进行分析。在保证冲击力小于阈值20 N、无刚柔性冲击等条件下,最终选取了摆线为相对最优的运动规律路线。In view of the fact that there is a certain vibration of the stamping mechanism of PCB splitter in Qingdao at present, in order to reduce the impact and noise in the process of high speed stamping, and to ensure the stability of stamping and the impact force of PCB circuit board is less than the threshold when the die is closed, different motion laws can be selected and analyzed, and the optimal motion law curve can be selected according to the actual demand.According to the actual equipment parameters, the mathematical equations of single cycloid, harmonic-isokinetic combined motion and cycloid-isokinetic combined motion curve are listed, and the corresponding curves are made by matalab, and the three kinds of motion laws are analyzed. Under the condition that the impact force is less than 20 N and the flexible impact is not rigid, the cycloid is finally selected as the relatively optimal moving law route.
