摘 要:箕斗提升在主井装载的过程中有严重的洒煤现象,每次装载完毕老虎口在回转的过程中倾洒原煤,又因原装煤形式冲击力大,造成箕斗局部发生开裂现象及溜槽容易碰撞箕斗,在提升过程中存在重大安全隐患。基于此,以主井箕斗提升定重装载的经验和同煤集团白洞矿现场的实际情况,经过综合比较,选择采用连续式称重给煤机定重装载是最佳的方案。Based on the serious coal sprinkling phenomenon in the process of main shaft loading,each time after loading,Laohukou tilts raw coal in the process of rotation,and because of the large impact force of the original coal loading form,the local cracking phenomenon of the skip and the chute are easy to collide with the skip,and there are major safety hidden dangers in the lifting process.Based on the experience of lifting and fixed weight loading in main shaft skip and the actual situation in Baidong Mine of Tongshan Coal Group,after comprehensive comparison,it is considered that it is the best scheme to adopt continuous weighing coal feeder for fixed weight loading.
