摘  要:提出了一种新的以PLC控制系统为核心的采煤机电液调高监测控制系统,对该控制系统的联合调控原理和系统结构进行了分析,利用Simulink仿真分析软件对不同调高控制方式下的调节控制精度和截割转矩负载变化情况进行了分析。结果表明,采用PLC调高控制系统的最大偏差量约为0.65°,超调量仅为8.3%,有效避免了因过度调节而带来的截割滚筒触顶、截齿损坏情况,同时提升了煤矿井下综采作业效率。A new electro-hydraulic height monitoring control system based on PLC control system is proposed,and the joint control principle and system structure of the control system are analyzed.The adjustment control precision and the load change of the cutting torque in different height control modes are analyzed by using the Simulink simulation analysis software.The results show that the maximum deviation of the control system of the PLC is about 0.65°and the overshoot is only 8.3%,which effectively avoids the contact of the cutting roller and the damage of the cutting pick,which is caused by over-regulation,and improves the efficiency of the fully-mechanized mining operation in the coal mine.
