摘　　要：针对机械类学生金工实习时间长、学生实习过程主动性差、积极性低等问题,探索一种能够让学生更加积极主动的实习模式。通过借鉴比赛的方式,将其进行合理的规划设计,运用到金工实习当中。在该种模式下,学生能够更加积极主动地参与实习,在创新设计意识、综合设计能力、团结协作能力等方面得到充分锻炼。Aiming at the problems of long metalworking practice time, poor initiative and low enthusiasm of mechanical students, this paper explores a kind of practice mode which can make students more active. Through the way of drawing lessons from the competition, it carries on the reasonable plan design, applies to the metalworking practice.Under this mode, students can participate in practice more actively and get full exercise in innovative design consciousness, comprehensive design ability, unity and cooperation ability and so on.
