摘　　要：胎模锻在同煤集团中央机厂已被广泛应用,是锻件生产的主要手段。针对模具在使用过程中存在寿命过低影响正常生产的问题,从胎模锻的特点﹑种类及应用进行阐述,对影响胎模使用寿命的原因进行分析,并提出了防止的方法和提高使用寿命的途径。The loose tooling forging has been widely used in Tongshan Coal Group Central Machinery Plant and is the main means of forgings production.In view of the problem that the service life of die is too low and affects the normal production,this paper expounds the characteristics,types and applications of tire die forging,analyzes the reasons that affect the service life of tire die,and puts forward the methods of prevention and the ways to improve the service life of tire die.
