摘　　要：从接头硫化工作原理分析入手,对皮带硫化更换过程进行了危险源识别和更换流程分析,制定了皮带更换的安全保障措施,并对该措施的现场实施情况进行了跟踪记录,以期为现场实施提供重要的实践指导。Starting from the analysis of the working principle of vulcanization of joints,the process of vulcanization and replacement of belt was analyzed,the safety measures for belt replacement were formulated,and the field implementation of these measures was tracked and recorded,which provides important practical guidance for field implementation.
