摘 要:针对由于煤矿井下地质条件复杂、液压支架回撤操作工序复杂、效率低下而严重影响井下掘进效率的难题,提出了新的煤矿井下液压支架快速回撤技术方案,对该快速回撤技术的应用原理和技术要点进行了分析。根据实际应用表明,采用新的液压支架回撤方案后,液压支架回撤作业时的人工数量降低了3/4,液压支架的回撤速度比优化前提升了63%,极大地提升了液压支架井下的回撤速度。In view of the complex geological conditions in coal mine,the complex operation procedure and low efficiency of hydraulic support during withdrawal,which seriously affects the efficiency of underground excavation,a new rapid withdrawal technology of hydraulic support in coal mine is put forward,and the application principle and technical essentials of the rapid withdrawal technology are analyzed.According to the practical application,it is shown that after adopting the new hydraulic support withdrawal scheme,the manual number of the hydraulic support is reduced by 3/4,and the withdrawal speed of the hydraulic support is 63%higher than that before optimization,which greatly improves the downhole withdrawal speed of the hydraulic support.
