利用苯磺隆定向转育甘蓝型油菜抗除草剂恢复系18Z82

摘　　要：为选育抗磺酰脲类除草剂的甘蓝型油菜波里马细胞质雄性不育(polima cytoplasmic male sterility,pol CMS)恢复系,以pol CMS恢复系2255C为母本与抗磺酰脲类除草剂油菜M342杂交,使用苯磺隆筛选F 2单株及F 2∶3株系,结合F 2除草剂抗性单株与pol CMS不育系的测交鉴定,成功筛选到聚合了纯合的除草剂抗性基因和pol CMS恢复基因的株系,经多代自交定向选育出抗磺酰脲类除草剂的pol CMS恢复系18Z82,用18Z82配制的11个组合中有2个组合产量显著高于油研50、有1个组合产量与油研50基本持平,表明18Z82可以用来配制高产抗草剂pol CMS“三系”组合。In order to breed herbicide-resistant pol CMS restorer line in Brassica napus L.,pol CMS restorer line 2255C was used as the female parent and crossed with sulfonylurea herbicide-resistant line M342.The F 2 segregating population and F 2:3 families were identified with tribenuron-methyl to obtain the homozygous herbicide-resistant lines,and the herbicide-resistant F 2 plants were crossed with pol CMS sterile line to screen homozygous restorer plants,finally the homozygous herbicide-resistant and pol CMS restorer cross progenies were screened out.After multiple generations of self-crossing,sulfonylurea herbicide-resistant recombinant pol CMS restorer line 18Z82 was bred successfully.Yield test showed that the yield of 2 combinations was significantly higher than that of“Youyan 50”and 1 combination was the same as that of“Youyan 50”among the 11 combinations prepared by 18Z82,which indicated that the 18Z82 could be used for preparing high-yield herbicide-resistant pol CMS“three line”hybrid combinations.
