有机肥对彩叶桂新品种虔南桂妃小苗生长的影响

摘　　要：以1年生虔南桂妃为试材,通过对虔南桂妃幼苗生长及生理指标进行测量,研究秋季施用不同用量有机肥对虔南桂妃幼苗生长的影响,以期筛选出相对合理的有机肥用量。结果表明,3个施肥处理中,处理①(有机肥∶园土=1∶4)和处理②(有机肥∶园土=2∶4)对虔南桂妃幼苗生长有促进作用,显著提高了虔南桂妃幼苗生长,对虔南桂妃苗地径、苗高、叶绿素SPAD的影响均达显著水平。虔南桂妃幼苗生长的最优有机肥用量是施肥处理②;处理③(有机肥∶园土=3∶4)抑制了虔南桂妃幼苗苗高的增长。In order to screen out a relatively reasonable dosage of organic fertilizer,the effects of different amounts of organic fertilizer used in autumn on the seedling growth of current-year Qiannan Guifei by measuring the growth and physiological indexes of Qiannan Guifei seedlings were studied.The results showed that among the three fertilization treatments,treatment①(organic fertilizer∶soil=1∶4)and treatment②(organic fertilizer∶soil=2∶4)could promote the seedling growth,significantly improve the seedling growth,and significantly affect the ground diameter,seedling height and chlorophyll value of the seedlings.The optimum amount of organic fertilizer to promote the seedling growth was treatment②;treatment③(organic fertilizer∶soil=3∶4)inhibited the growth of seedling height.
