摘 要:为完善大棚香沙芋高效种植配套技术,采用凯氏定氮法、钼锑抗比色法、火焰光度计法研究不同氮肥运筹下香沙芋植株氮磷钾积累变化规律,以期为适宜的肥料运筹方式提供理论指导。结果表明,氮肥的施用同时影响香沙芋对磷和钾的积累转运。生育中期,追施氮肥225 kg/hm 2的处理,香沙芋地上部叶片及茎秆中氮磷钾积累量均最高。收获期,地下部母芋中氮磷钾积累量在追氮225 kg/hm 2的处理下最高;而地下部子芋及孙芋中氮磷钾积累量在追施氮肥375 kg/hm 2的处理下相对较高。中后期要重施氮钾肥以供应香沙芋地下部块茎的生长需求。In order to improve the efficient cultivation technology of taro in greenhouse,the accumulation and variation of N,P,K under different nitrogen fertilizer treatments were studied by Kjeldahl method,Mo-Sb colorimetric method and flame photometer method,in order to provide theoretical guidance for suitable fertilizer management methods.The results showed that application of N fertilizer affected accumulation and transportation of P and K in taro.At the middle growth stage,the highest accumulation of N,P,K was found in the leaves and stems above ground under the treatment of 225 kg/hm 2 topdressing nitrogen fertilizer.At harvest time,the accumulation of N,P,K in underground parent taro was the highest under 225 kg/hm 2 topdressing,while the accumulation of N,P,K in underground offspring taro and the second grade taro was relatively higher under 375 kg/hm 2 topdressing.Nitrogen and potassium fertilizers should be re-applied in the middle and late stages to supply the growth demand of tubers in the underground part of taro.
