碳纤维对电磁屏蔽服装开口处屏蔽效能的影响

摘  要:为研究碳纤维对服装开口处电磁屏蔽效能的影响,文章分别以不同宽度碳纤维网格和不同配比碳纤维粉末涂层液两种方式对电磁屏蔽服装的袖口、领口进行处理,采用3 m电磁屏蔽暗室法测试其处理后的电磁屏蔽效能,运用相关软件对测试结果进行分析。结果表明:袖口处缝制碳纤维网格后电磁屏蔽效能显著提高,且加入5 cm宽时电磁屏蔽效能最好,最高为32 dB;涂层不同配比涂层液后,袖口处电磁屏蔽效能在不同频率段内均有提高和减弱,且两种涂层液的变化情况相似。领口处缝制2 cm和3 cm宽碳纤维网格后,电磁屏蔽效能在不同频率段内增强效果呈相反趋势;经不同配比涂层液涂层后,电磁屏蔽效能同样都有明显提高,且涂层未混合碳纳米管的碳纤维粉末涂层液后电磁屏蔽效能最好,最高为22.7 dB。In order to study the effect of carbon fiber on the electromagnetic shielding efficiency at the opening of clothing, the cuffs and necklines of the clothing were treated with two methods: carbon fiber mesh with different width and carbon fiber powder coating solution with different proportion. The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was tested by 3-meter electromagnetic shielding dark chamber method, and the relevant software was used to analyze the test results. The results show that the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness significantly improved when carbon fiber mesh was sewn at the cuff, and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was the best when the 5 cm width was chosen, up to 32 dB. After the coating solution with different proportion was applied, electromagnetic shielding effectiveness at the cuff improved and weakened within different frequency bands, and the changes situations of two coating solutions were similar. After 2 cm and 3 cm wide carbon fiber meshes were sewn at the cuff, the enhancement effect of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness within different frequency bands presented the opposite trend. After the coating solutions with different proportion were used, electromagnetic shielding effectiveness also obviously improved, and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness reached the best carbon fiber powder coating solution was not mixed with carbon nanotubes, up to 22.7 dB.
