摘  要:以萌发种子为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,研究不同分裂素和生长素及配比对原球茎增殖、原球茎分化为球茎和球茎生根的影响。结果表明,6-BA和NAA利于原球茎的增殖,在6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 8.0 mg/L时原球茎增殖效果最好,达106.9 mg/原球茎;KT和IBA利于原球茎分化为球茎,在KT 2.5 mg/L+IBA 2.5 mg/L时原球茎分化为球茎效果最好,分化系数为1.3;在6-BA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 2.5 mg/L时球茎生根数最多,达6.6条/球茎。Germinating seeds were used as explants and MS was used as basic medium in this experiment,the effects of different cytokinins and auxins and their ratios on protocorm proliferation,protocorm differentiation into corm and corm rooting were studied respectively.The results showed that 6-BA and NAA were beneficial to the proliferation of protocorms,and the proliferation of protocorms was the best at 6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 8.0 mg/L,reaching 106.9 mg/protocorm;KT and IBA were beneficial to the differentiation of protocorms into corms,and at KT2.5 mg/L+IBA 2.5 mg/L,the differentiation coefficient of protocorms was 1.3;at 6-BA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 2.5 mg/L,the number of corm rooting was the highest,reaching 6.6 roots/corm.
