摘  要:船舶主机排气系统由排气管、弯头、膨胀节、锅炉、消音器和异径接头等多种元件组成,复杂的管路布置无疑会增加系统的排气阻力。排气背压过高会导致主机燃烧效率降低、经济性变差。文章具体分析了25 000 t多用途集装箱船的主机排气系统,通过修改排气管径、消音器、管子弯头等措施降低背压,使其在实际测量中也取得了理想的效果。Marine main engine exhaust system consists of exhaust pipes, elbows, expansion joints, boiler, silencer and reducing joint and other components. The complex layout of piping increase the resistance of exhaust system. High exhaust back pressure lead to main engine poor combustion and economic un-efficiency. The main engine exhaust system of the 25 000 t multi-purpose container vessel is analyzed, and the back pressure is reduced by modifying the exhaust pipe diameter, elbow, silencer etc. The actual back pressure measured is perfect after modification.
