摘 要:主推进装置主要由主机操作手柄操作,其操作模式单一,一旦手柄出现故障或通信中断失控现象,致使船舶的失控时间延长,不但船的机动性大为降低,同时也影响船舶安全性能。对此,设计了主推进装置两级应急操控系统,它是一种基于现有控制的一种备份,主要由操作面板、反馈单元、控制单元、通讯模块等组成,能够实现对CPP螺距的直接控制。文章主要对主推进装置两级应急操控系统的组成、控制原理、通讯实现等内容进行研究,为后续主推进装置两级应急操控系统的设计改造提供一个思路借鉴。The main propulsion system is mainly composed of host operation,and uses the single operation mode.Once the handle has failure or the communication interruption is out of control,the ship may be out of control extendedly.Then the ship maneuverability is greatly reduced,while the safety of the ship is affected.In this regard,the two-stage emergency control system of main propulsion unit is designed,which is a kind of spare part based on the existing control.The system is mainly composed of operation panel,feedback unit,control unit,communication module and so on,which can realize the direct control of the CPP pitch.The paper mainly studies the composition,control principle and communication realization of the two-stage emergency control system of the main propulsion unit.It offers a thinking reference for the following design transformation of the two-stage emergency control system for main propulsion unit.
