摘  要:文章提出了某船MFIA09反渗透海水淡化装置高压泵故障监测设计理念,分析了高压泵在实际运行中存在的问题,加装了一套监测系统来实时监测高压泵进口的水流状况,一旦高压泵出现供水不足,系统将自动停止运行,并发出声光报警信号,从而实现对反渗透高压泵安全运行自动监测的功能。此监测系统在反渗透海水淡化装置实际操作中具有较高的应用价值。In the paper,the design concept of high-pressure pump fault monitoring for a ship MFIA09 reverse osmosis desalination plant is proposed.The high pressure pump is analyzed on the problems existing in the actual operation.It is equipped with a set of monitoring system to real-time monitor the water condition of the high-pressure pump inlet.Once the high-pressure pump water supply is insufficient,the system will automatically stop running,and send out sound and light alarm signal,so as to realize the automatic monitoring function of the safe operation of the reverse osmosis high-pressure pump.The monitoring system has high application value in the actual operation of the reverse osmosis sea-water desalination device.
