摘　　要：目的观察手术室整体护理对剖宫产术后产妇疼痛、护理风险及母婴安全的影响。方法将2018年3月-2019年3月在我院进行剖宫产术的60例产妇根据1∶1比例分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,分别行手术室常规护理、整体护理,对比2组护理风险、术后疼痛、母婴结局的差异。结果观察组护理风险事件发生率、VAS评分、不良母婴结局均比对照组低,具备明显差异(P<0.05)。结论手术室整体护理有利于降低剖宫产术产妇的护理风险事件发生率,缓解术后疼痛,改善母婴结局。Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing in operating room on pain,nursing risk and maternal and infant safety after cesarean section. Methods 60 cases of parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from March 2018 to March2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the ratio of 1:1. 30 cases in each group were given routine nursing and holistic nursing in operation room respectively. The differences of nursing risks,postoperative pain and maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing risk events,VAS score and adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing in operating room is helpful to reduce the incidence of nursing risk incidents,relieve pain and improve the outcome of mother and infant after cesarean section.
