摘  要:含酚含氮废水的处理一直以来都是石油化工等行业关注重点之一.本研究采用UASB反应器,通过反硝化微生物与厌氧氨氧化微生物的耦合作用,成功实现了对甲酚、硝酸盐和氨氮的同步去除.在温度为30℃,进水pH为7.0,HRT为12 h,进水对甲酚、硝酸盐和氨氮浓度在75、78和91 mg·L^-1的条件下,3种污染物的去除率为95%、100%和73%以上,去除的硝酸盐和氨氮大部分转化为N2,去除的对甲酚尚未矿化.当对甲酚、硝酸盐和氨氮的负荷为0.195、0.189和0.234 kg·m^-3·d^-1时,系统3种污染物的去除稳定在94%、75%和93%以上.微生物分析结果表明,门水平微生物主要有Chloroflexi、Planctomycetes、Acidobacteria、和Proteobacteria,属水平上Candidatus Kuenenia是主要的厌氧氨氧化微生物,Bacillus是主要的反硝化微生物,二者协同作用完成对甲酚、硝酸盐和氨氮的同步去除.p-Cresol-and ammonium-laden wastewater treatment is one of the critical concerns for petroleum and chemical industry.In this study,the simultaneous removal of p-cresol,nitrate and ammonium was achieved in a UASB reactor by inoculating denitrification and anammox bacteria.At 30℃,pH 7.0 and HRT of 12 h,influent concentrations of p-cresol,nitrate and ammonium at 75,78 and 91 mg·L^-1,receptively,the removal efficiency reached higher than 95%,100%and 73%.Most nitrate and ammonium removed were converted to N2,although p-cresol was still not mineralized.When the influent loading was 0.195、0.189 and 0.234 kg·m^-3·d^-1 for p-cresol,nitrate and ammonium,respectively,the removal efficiencies maintained higher than 94%,75%and 93%.Chloroflexi,Planctomycetes,Acidobacteria and Proteobacteria were the predominant bacteria.Candidatus Kuenenia was the main anammox bacteria at genus level and Bacillus were the main heterotrophic denitrification bacteria.The simultaneous removal of p-cresol,nitrate and ammonium was achieved with the cooperation of Candidatus Kuenenia and Bacillus.
