摘 要:为探究淡水鱼体内脂肪酸与营养级的相关性,采集了洞庭湖6种不同营养级的鱼,将其解剖为 肌肉、肝脏、肾脏、肠、鳃、眼、鳔、皮和脂肪等组织样品,采用稳定同位素和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析 技术测定不同营养级鱼组织中氮同位素丰度比值(δ^15N值)和脂肪酸的含量.结果表明,不同鱼组织中,饱和 脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸的分布较均匀,而多不饱和脂肪酸的分布却存在明显的差异.在洞庭湖鱼类的肌 肉、肝脏、鳃、皮和肠中二十二碳六烯酸与二十碳五烯酸的比值(DHA/EPA)随δ^15N值的增加而增加,表明 鱼组织中的DHA/EPA可以指示洞庭湖淡水鱼类营养级的高低.To explore the correlation between fatty acids and trophic level in freshwater fish, six fish species in different trophic levels were collected from Dongting Lake, and were dissected to muscle, liver, kidney, intestine, gill, eye, bladder, skin and lipid tissue. In this study, the stable nitrogen isotope abundance values(δ^15N values) and fatty acid in fish tissues were determined with the stable isotope analysis and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis(GC-MS), respectively. The results indicated that the saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids have an even distribution in different fish tissues, while the polyunsaturated fatty acids has obvious differences distribution. It showed an increase with δ^15N value that the ratio of docosahexaenoic acid to eicosapentaenoic acid in the muscle, gill, liver, skin and intestine of fish from Dongting Lake. It suggested that the ratios of DHA/EPA in these tissues could indicate the trophic level of fish from Dongting Lake.
