摘 要:目的通过对国内外数字X线摄影(Digital Radiography,DR)设备临床应用质量客观评价的实证调研与对比分析,为促进国产创新医疗器械产品的应用推广,医疗卫生机构的医疗器械配置优化提供科学客观的依据。方法通过医院用户实地应用调研与采集图像样本,选择测量图像质量因子作为客观评价DR的综合性能和图像质量的基本方法,对国内外不同品牌、配置的DR产品性能作客观对比评价。结果通过对83家各级医疗机构,10家国内外DR生产厂家,116台在用的不同型号、各种不同配置的DR设备进行现场检测,经过软件分析,得到图像质量因子反数值进行分类对比,并对可靠性、成像速度等相关性能作实证研究。结论研究数据表明,常规国产DR设备影像质量已经达到进口水平,基本可以替代进口产品,尤其在基层医院的使用,在系统稳定性方面尚待改进提高。Objective To provide scientific and objective basis for promoting the application and promotion of domestic innovative medical device products and optimizing the configuration of medical devices in medical and health institutions, through the empirical investigation and comparative analysis on the objective evaluation of clinical application quality of digital radiography(DR) at home and abroard. Methods The measurement of image quality factor was selected as the basic method to objectively evaluate the comprehensive performance and image quality of DR through the practically application research and image sample collection of hospital users. The performance of DR products of different brands and configurations at home and abroard was objectively compared and evaluated. Results The field testing was conducted on the 83 medical institutions at all levels, 10 DR manufacturers at home and abroard, and 116 DR devices with different models and configurations in use. The image quality factor inverse value image quality figure inverse was classified and compared through software analysis. In addition, the reliability, imaging speed and other related performance was empirically studied. Conclusion The research data show that the imaging quality ofroutinedomestic DR system has reached the level of import, which can replace imported products, especially in the clinical use of primary hospitals. However, the stability of the system needs to be improved.
