摘  要:寻找一种适合数字X线摄影(Digital Radiography,DR)设备实证评价、可行性较高,便于实地操作测量的DR影像质量客观评价方法。通过介绍DR影像质量评价方法并选取了其中具有代表意义的量子检出效率和影像质量因子(Image QualityFigure,IQF)两种综合性客观评价方法,梳理了其基本思想、原理、算法及实现方法,讨论了影响测量结果的因素,对比了这两种方法各自的优缺点及适用性。IQF可以作为易操作的DR横向对比的性能客观评价方法,为后续DR进行现场实证评价提供依据。To find an objective evaluation method of digital radiography(DR) image quality, which is suitable for DR empirical evaluation and has high feasibility and is convenient for field measurement. By introducing the image quality evaluation methods of DR, two comprehensive and objective evaluation methods, DQE and IQF, were selected. Then, their basic ideas, principles, algorithms and implementation methods were sorted out and shadows were discussed. The advantages and disadvantages and applicability of these two methods were compared. IQF can be used as an objective evaluation method for lateral comparison of DR, which provides a basis for on-site empirical evaluation of subsequent DR.
