摘  要:目的建立一套数字减影血管造影(Digital Subtraction Angiography,DSA)系统性能状态检测方法,为DSA的全生命周期管理提供性能数据依据。方法使用DSA性能模体进行质量评估,检测DSA的管电压偏离、空间分辨率、空气比释动能率、模拟血管最小尺寸、对比度线性等性能参数。结果采集到DSA的性能参数并进行分析,四台DSA检测结果均合格。结论通过建立DSA的影像质量评价体系,医疗设备管理部门可以对DSA的应用质量开展日常质控检测和预防性维护,确保临床使用部门在DSA的全生命周期内均能获得可靠的影像质量。Objective To establish a set of performance state detection method of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) system to provide performance data basis for the full life cycle management of DSA. Methods DSA performance module was used for quality evaluation. The performance parameters included tube voltage deviation, spatial resolution, air kerma rate, minimum size of simulated vessels, and contrast linearity. Results The performance parameters of DSA were collected and analyzed, and the detection results of four DSA were all qualified. Conclusion By establishing the DSA image quality evaluation system, the medical equipment management department can carry out daily quality control and preventive maintenance on the application quality of DSA, ensuring that the clinical use department can obtain reliable image quality in the full life cycle of DSA.
