摘 要:本文针对医疗设备的分类特性,在电源滤波器网络结构的基础上提出了单相三线低共模滤波电容和单相两线的电源滤波器的设计。本文介绍了如何选择和制作高频特性较好的电感,以及漏电流参数和插入损耗的计算方法。通过对网络分析仪测试的单个和多个电感串联医疗设备后的插入损耗和电容分布参量进行比较,得出共模电感的个数和电感之间的间距对滤波性能的影响,对医用电源滤波器的设计提供了一定的参考价值。通过测试对比传统滤波器与优化后滤波器相应的参数值,展示了优化后滤波器的优良性能,解决了宽带共模抑制问题,有效地抑制了医用超声设备的传导发射,具有一定的实用价值。Based on the network structure of power filter, this paper presents the design of single-phase three-wire low common-mode filter capacitor and single-phase two-wire power filter according to the classification characteristics of medical equipment.Introducing how to select and fabricate inductors with good high frequency characteristics, the leakage current parameters and insertion loss calculation method in detail. By comparing the insertion loss and capacitance distribution parameters of single and multiple inductors tested by network analyzer, it is concluded that the number of common mode inductors and the distance between inductors have an impact on the filtering performance. It provides some reference value for the design of medical power filter. In the last part of this paper, the parameters of traditional filter and optimized filter are compared by testing. It shows the excellent performance of the optimized filter, solves the problem of broadband common mode suppression, effectively suppresses the conduction and emission of medical ultrasound equipment, and has a certain practical value.
