摘　　要：目的规范医院卫生材料管理,实现卫生材料全周期管控,提升医院运营水平、降低医院运营成本。方法设计并开发与医院HIS及财务管理系统数据相互关联为基础的医院物流管理系统,对医疗服务诊疗行为过程中所消耗的医用卫生材料实现全流程追踪。结果建立物资虚拟库,实现了卫生材料资质管理的关口前移及信息化;审核物资价格及医保费用,落实了价格管理及医保费用对应的精准管理及全覆盖;自动盘点科室卫生材料的进、销、存数据,落实了使用科室库存数据的信息管理。结论该系统在医院各科室的运行,奠定了我院医用卫生材料精细化管理的基础。同时,建立医疗卫生材料在使用安全、价格管理及运行绩效等方面实时、精准的决策支持数据利于医院的未来发展。Objective To improve the level of hospital operation, reduce the cost of hospital operation and realize the full cycle management and control of health materials, the management of hospital health materials was standardized. Methods The hospital logistics management system, which were based on the data of hospital HIS and financial management system, were designed and developed, and the medical and health materials consumed in the process of medical service diagnosis and treatment was tracked throughout the process. Results The gateway of qualification management of health materials was moved forward and informatization was realized by establishing virtual warehouse of materials;the precise management and full coverage of price management and medical insurance expenses were implemented by checking the prices of materials and medical insurance expenses;the information management of using department inventory data was carried out by automatically checking the purchase, sale and storage data of department health materials. Conclusion The system is operated in various departments of the hospital to lay the foundation for the refined management of medical and health materials in our hospital. The establishment of real-time and accurate decision support data for the use of medical and health materials in terms of safety, price management and operational performance are conducive to the future development of the hospital.
