摘 要:目的通过对内窥镜故障现象分析,探索导致内窥镜故障发生的基本事件,制定相应措施,降低维修率,减少维修费用。方法将内窥镜故障作为顶事件并分析导致顶事件发生的基本事件,构建故障树,表示出各基本事件与顶事件的逻辑关系,计算各基本事件的发生概率与重要度,找出发生概率高的事件并制定相应措施。结果本文通过故障树分析法发现了导致内窥镜故障这一事件发生的重要度高的5个基本事件,并采取了相应措施,内窥镜故障率降低了42.4%。结论故障树分析法成功应用于医用内窥镜故障率分析,建立了相应的管理制度提高临床对内窥镜管理的效果,降低内窥镜故障率,提高使用效率。Objective To set a series of measures to lower the maintenance rate and costs through analyzing the cases of endoscope failure and its basic events. Methods Endoscope failure was set up as the top event. Then a fault tree was established to show the logical relationship between basic events and the top event. We calculated the failure rate and importance to find out high incidence events. Corresponding measures were made for the events. Results A total of 5 basic events of endoscope failure were discovered by fault tree analysis. The endoscope failure rate reduced 42.4% by implements corresponding measures. Conclusion It was successful that fault tree analysis has been used for endoscope failure analyzing. The implementation of the corresponding measures can significantly improve the clinical management of endoscope, decrease the endoscope failure rate and increase the service efficiency.
