摘　　要：目的通过分析贝朗Dialog+血液透析机的常见故障,探讨维修方法。方法以三例典型故障为基础,探寻故障解决方法,并深入学习血液透析机透析液配比单元、进水除气单元和超滤单元的工作原理,分析总结故障发生原因。结果通过更换易损配件使故障及时得到解决,而定期维护保养确保了机器处于良好运行状态。结论只有行业工作者加强对血液透析机工作原理以及液路结构的理解,同时对机器的定期维护保养并及时更换老化配件,才可能保证患者得到安全有效的治疗。Objective To explore the maintenance methods of the B.Braun Dialog+ hemodialysis machine, the common faults during use were analyzed. Methods Based on three typical faults, the fault diagnosis method was explored, the working principle of the hemodialysis machine dialysate proportioning unit, influent degassing unit and ultrafiltration unit were deeply studied, and the cause of the fault was analyzed and summarized. Results The equipment failure was solved in time by replacing the consumable parts, and the maintenance of the equipment was carried out regularly to ensure that the machine was in good working condition. Conclusion Only by strengthening the understanding of the working principle and the structure of the fluid circuit of the hemodialysis machine, regular maintenance of the machine and timely replacement of aging accessories, can we guarantee the safe and effective treatment of patients.
