摘  要:本研究采用离子色谱法和紫外光度法测定降水中的硝酸盐,两种方法均能达到较好的准确度、精密度。该次实验结果表明,离子色谱法和紫外光度法,对有证标准物质的测定结果均在保证值范围内,对实样测定结果相对标准偏差小于5%,且加标回收率均满足90%-110%的质控要求。离子色谱法适用于同时分析多个阴离子F^-、Cl^-、NO3^-、SO4^2-,但鉴于降水中硝酸盐的保存时间为24h,在连续降水很多天时,可选择紫外光度法单独测定NO3-,操作便捷,满足24h及时分析。In this paper,ion chromatography and ultraviolet photometry are used to determine nitrate in precipitation.Both methods can achieve better accuracy and precision.Comparison of ion chromatography and ultraviolet photometry,the experimental results show that the certified standard substances are within the guaranteed value range.The relative standard deviation of actual samples is less than 5%,and the standard recovery rate satisfies the quality control requirement of 90%-110%.Ion chromatography is suitable for simultaneous analysis of multiple anions of F^-、Cl^-、NO3^-、SO4^2-.Because the retention time of nitrate in the wet precipitation is 24 hours,so when precipitation continues many days,Ultraviolet photometry can be used to determine NO3-separately,which is convenient to operate and satisfies 24-hour timely analysis.
