摘 要:以丙烯酰胺和乙二醛反应制得中间产物,与丙烯酸通过共聚合成了分子链上同时含醛、酸功能基团的高分子醛酸助鞣剂,采用红外光谱法确证了它的结构,并对其鞣性进行了研究。试验结果表明:合成的高分子醛酸助鞣剂用于预鞣可减少废水中铬的含量,并且能够提高成革收缩温度,通过比较发现该助鞣剂在浸酸阶段加入效果较好,适宜用量为4%,浸酸时的pH值控制在3.6-4.0之间为宜。The intermediate product was prepared by the reaction of acrylamide with glyoxal,and then copolymerized with acrylic acid to form a polymer aldehyde acid tanning aid containing aldehyde and acid functional groups on the mole cular chain.Its structure was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy,and its tannability was studied.The experimental results showed that the synthesized macromolecule aldehyde acid tanning aid could greatly reduce the chromium content in the wastewater and increase the shrinkage temperature of the finished leather.Through comparison,it was found that the tanning aid had a better effect in the acid leaching stage,the suitable dosage was 4%,and the pH value of the acid leaching should be controlled between 3.6 and 4.0.
