摘 要:为了加快推动高校体育课教学内容和模式改革,提高广大本科学生身体素质,为国家和社会培养具有"终身体育"和创新意识的优秀人才,体育科学与工程学院引入虚拟仿真技术并成立教学与实验中心,并将虚拟仿真技术用于体育课教学。通过对4个体育项目实验组和对照组学生的一系列实验,考察了虚拟仿真技术对学生理论知识掌握、体能和技能3个维度多项指标的影响。实验结果证明,实验前无差异的实验组和对照组,在实验后所有考察指标均为显著性差异,其中理论知识维度的男生实验组、人体平均功率项目的实验组和篮球项目实验组均与对照组为极其显著性差异。因而虚拟仿真技术对高校体育课改革、学生身体素质提高和综合能力培养具有重要作用,说明了中心建设具有必要性。In order to achieve the aim of cultivating excellent talents with"lifelong sports"and innovation consciousness this paper dealt with the class teaching content of college physical education and reforming model. The virtual simulation technology was introduced,and a teaching and experiment center was established in School of Sports Science and Technology. A series of experiments were done in the experimental groups and control groups for 4 different sport projects to check the influence of virtual simulation technology on the theoretical knowledge learning,physical agility and technical ability. The experimental results show a significant difference in all test items after experiment but they were no significant differences before experiment. The experimental groups show a very significant difference especially in theoretical knowledge learning,body power and basketball project. We conclude that the virtual simulation technology is very important to the college physical education reform,students’ physical quality improvement and all-round ability development. It further verifies the necessity of the center construction.
