内蒙古优秀男子举重运动员的静息心电图分析

摘　　要：目的:对内蒙古自治区优秀男子举重运动员进行晨起空腹静息心电图分析,筛查可能引起运动性心律失常、运动性猝死的潜在心脏问题,并根据筛查结果,加强对运动员心脏状况的医务监督.方法:选取内蒙古重竞技运动管理中心男子举重队优秀运动员11人,使用MAC1200ST型12导联同步心电图机记录运动员晨起空腹心电图,按运动员异常评价方法进行筛查.结果:11名举重运动员中,异常心电图者有9人(81.8%),其中窦性心律不齐、不完全右束支传导阻滞、早期复极综合征检出率分别为54.5%、36.3%、36.3%.考虑运动员既往身体素质良好,并无相关症状,可定期对运动员进行心电图医务监督,以尽早发现运动员心脏疾患.Objective This study aimed to conduct an early morning resting electrocardiogram analysis of elite male weightlifters in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,screen for potential heart problems that may cause sports arrhythmia and sudden death,and strengthen medical supervision of athlete's heart condition according to screening results.Methods Eleven men'weightlifting athletes from the Inner Mongolia Heavy Athletics Management Center were selected.The MAC1200ST 12-lead synchronous ECG was used to record the athlete's morning fasting ECG and screened according to the athlete's abnormal evaluation method.Results Among the 11 weightlifters,9(81.8%)had abnormal electrocardiogram,and detection rates of sinus arrhythmia,incomplete right bundle branch block and early repolarization syndrome were 54.4%and 36.3%,respectively 36.3%.Conclusion The athletes have good physical fitness and no related symptoms,they can regularly perform ECG medical supervision on athletes and early detection of athletes'heart diseases.
