摘  要:文章针对煤矿传统喷射混凝土支护工程过程中采用人工拌料存在计量不准确、原材料质量难以保证、粉尘浓度大、工人劳动强度大、功效低等特点,提出了采用机械预拌干混料代替人工现场拌和工艺,其具有生产工艺合理、计量准确、拌合均匀、环保节能和便于储存、节约资源的优点。在相同条件下,通过对比分析两种拌和工艺生产的成品混凝土石块的强度及井下喷浆效果,提出干混料无论在力学性能还是喷浆效果方面都有明显的优势,其中7天龄期的混凝土试块极限载荷238.88kN,28天龄期的混凝土试块极限载荷294.33kN,7天龄期较人工拌和料试块极限载荷提高约15kN,28天龄期较人工拌合料试块极限载荷提高约4.6kN,井下喷浆回弹率从31.4%降低到24.1%,并且有效降低了人工倒料过程中的粉尘对作业人员及施工设备的危害,对煤矿喷浆工艺是一种重大革新,社会经济效果显著。In view of the characteristics of inaccurate measurement,difficult to guarantee the quality of raw materials,high dust concentration,high labor intensity and low efficiency of workers in the process of traditional shotcrete support engineering in coal mines,this paper puts forward the use of mechanical premixed dry blend to replace the manual on-site mixing process,which has the advantages of reasonable production process,accurate measurement,even mixing,environmental-protection and energy-saving,easily stored and resources-saving. Under the same conditions,through the comparative analysis of the intensity of the finished concrete blocks produced by the two mixing processes and the effect of underground shotcreting,it is proposed that the dry blend has obvious advantages in both mechanical properties and shotcreting effect,the ultimate load of 7-day-old concrete test block is 238.88 kN, that of 28-day-old concrete test block is294.33 kN,that of 7-day-old concrete test block is about 15 kN higher than that of artificial mixture test block, that of 28-day-old concrete test block is about 4.6 kN higher than that of artificial mixture test block,and that of underground shotcrete’s resilience rate is reduced from 31.4% to 24.1%. Moreover,it effectively reduces the harm of dust to workers and construction equipment in the process of manual dumping,which is a great innovation of coal mine’s shotcreting technology and has significant social and economic effects.
