摘　　要：近年来,朔黄铁路煤炭运量持续增长,列车运行密度增加、轴重增大,对设备安全质量的要求进一步提高。综合检测车的介入可以有效提升设备检测效率,为及早发现设备隐患、重点设备联合整治、提高设备质量提供丰富准确的数据支持和处理建议。本文选取黄骅港站为代表,通过分析协调综合检测车检测作业与运输组织的关系,提出优化运输组织、提高检测效率的方法,为充分发挥朔黄铁路综合检测车的作用,实现设备维修由"周期修"向"状态修"转变以及高质量完成运输任务奠定了坚实的基础。In recent years,the coal transportation volume of Shuohuang Railway continues to increase,the train operation density and axle load increase,and the requirements for equipment safety quality are further improved.The intervention of the comprehensive inspection vehicle can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment detection,provide rich and accurate data support and processing suggestions for early detection of equipment hidden-dangers,joint renovation of key equipment and improvement of equipment quality.In this paper,Huanghua port station is selected as the representative,by analyzing and coordinating the relationship between the inspection operation and the transportation organization of the comprehensive inspection vehicle,the method of optimizing the transportation organization and improving the inspection efficiency is put forward,which lays a solid foundation for giving full play to the role of the comprehensive inspection vehicle of Shuohuang Railway,realizing the transformation of equipment maintenance from"periodic repair"to"state repair"and completing the transportation task with high quality.
