摘 要:为研究压头形状、尺寸及加载方式等因素对圆管截面塑性变形规律及吸能特性的影响,基于塑性铰坍塌模型,给出径向荷载与位移的理论表达式。分别采用平板和圆柱形压头对钢质圆管进行径向压缩试验,加载曲线及计算数据与理论预测的结果吻合较好。进一步对比分析结构主要变形模式、压头尺寸对承载力及吸能特性的影响,结果表明:两种压头作用下圆管的变形模式存在明显的差异;结构承载力、平均压溃荷载及比吸能与压头的直径成正比。In order to study the influence of indenter shape,size and loading mode on the plastic deformation law and energy absorption characteristics of circular tube section,the theoretical expressions of radial load and displacement were given considering the effect of axial force on the yield of thick-walled circular tube.Radial compression tests were carried out with flat plate and cylindrical indenter respectively.The loading curves and calculated data were in good agreement with the theoretical predictions.The effects of main deformation modes and indenter size on the bearing capacity and energy absorption characteristics of the structure were further compared and analyzed.The results show that there are obvious differences in deformation modes between the two kinds of indenters,and the bearing capacity,average load and specific energy are proportional to the diameter of the indenter.
