摘 要:射流管式电液伺服阀因抗污染能力强、灵敏度高、失效对中等特点,被广泛应用于航空、航天、船舶及民用等领域。介绍滑阀轴向配磨及零位特性测试系统的测试原理,利用系统建模与仿真软件AMESim建立了滑阀轴线配磨及零位特性的仿真模型,分析滑阀组件四边在不同重叠量下的配磨曲线及零位特性曲线。搭建滑阀轴向配磨及零位特性试验台,验证了滑阀轴向配磨及零位特性试验台的可行性及功能性,对提高伺服阀制造工艺水平,进而提升伺服阀生产效率有着重要意义。The jet pipe servo valve is widely used in aviation,aerospace,marine and civil fields due to its strong anti-pollution capability,high sensitivity and low failure,etc.The principle of the slide valve axial grinding test bench was introduced.The simulation model of the spool axis matching grinding was established by modeling and simulation software AMESIM.The matching curves of the four sides of the spool valve assembly under different overlap were analyzed.The slide valve axial grinding and zero-position test bench was built.The test verify the feasibility and functionality of the slide valve axial grinding test bench.The research has important significance to improve the servo valve manufacturing process level and production efficiency.
