摘  要:利用AMESim软件搭建了射流管式电液压力伺服阀的数学模型,得到在刹车腔接和不接刹车盘时的压力特性曲线,并通过实验验证了仿真模型的有效性。在控制容腔很小时压力伺服阀阀芯运动具有高频振动的特点。同时得出刹车过程中压力特性曲线在起跳处和回落处压力变化的特点,它与刹车盘容腔体积、弹簧刚度和预紧力有关。AMESim software was used to build the mathematical model of jet pipe type electro-hydraulic servo valve.The pressure characteristic curve was obtained when the brake chamber was connected with brake disc or not.The effectiveness of the simulation model was verified by experiments.When the control chamber was very small,the movement of the spool of the pressure servo valve was characterized by high frequency vibration.At the same time,the characteristics at the jumping and falling point of the pressure characteristic curve were obtained,which was related to the volume of the brake disc cavity,the spring stiffness and the pre-tightening force.
