摘  要:在MATLAB/Simulink中建立了多电机驱动的双辊夹持旋压成形装置进给驱动系统的Simulink仿真模型,包括三环控制的数学模型,整定了电流环增益与速度环增益,并将ADAMS中的机械系统输出到MATLAB的Simulink平台中,进行双辊夹持旋压成形装置的机电联合仿真并进行控制系统参数优化的探讨。The Simulink simulation model of feed drive system of the double-roller clamping spinning device driven by multiple AC servo motor was established in MATLAB/Simulink,including the mathematical model of the three-loop control.The current loop gain and speed loop gain were set.The mechanical system established in ADAMS was output to the Simulink platform of MATLAB.The electromechanical co-simulation of the double-roller clamping spinning device was developed and the optimization of the control system parameters were discussed.
