台风农业巨灾险参保意愿实证分析——基于粤东地区的调查分析

摘　　要：本文以粤东沿海地区五市的250户农户为样本,进行关于台风农业巨灾保险参保意愿的问卷调查,分析影响参保意愿的11种主要因素,运用Logit模型得出各影响因素的显著性水平,并以此测算出广东省政策性台风农业巨灾保险的补贴水平若高于60%,则农户投保率将不低于70%.In this study,250 farmers in five municipalities in the typhoon-prone eastern Guangdong were surveyed by questionnaires to investigate their willingness to insure against typhoon disasters.11 main factors affecting their willingness to participate in insurance were analyzed,the significance level of each factor was obtained using the USES Logit model,and it is concluded that if the subsidy level of policy-based typhoon agricultural catastrophe insurance in Guangdong province is highe r than 60%,the insurance coverage rate will be no less than 70%.
