摘  要:铝版基是CTP版感光层的载体,厚度规格以0.14mm和0.27mm为主的薄优质铝合金版。印刷时有时为了增加耐印率,需要进行烤版,推荐烤版温度为200~250℃,最好230℃,时间为5~8分钟。烤版可以使耐印率大幅提高,从而达到降低印刷成本,提高经济效益的目的。但客户投诉有时烤版会出现版基发软,影响上机印刷。本文就铝版基烤版强度对客户烤版影响进行浅显分析。The aluminum printing plate is the carrier of the CTP(computer-to-plate)photosensitive layer,which is a thin high-quality aluminum alloy plate with thickness specifications of 0.14mm and 0.27mm.Baking the plates is sometimes necessary to order to increase the printing durability.The recommended baking temperature is 200~250℃,preferably 230℃,for 5~8 minutes.The baking plate can greatly improve the printing durability,thereby achieving the purpose of reducing printing cost and improving economic efficiency.However,the market complaints that sometimes the baked version are soft,which will affect the printing on the machine.We discuss the influence of the baking strength for the aluminum plate on the market baking plate.
