硅溶胶在双面彩色相纸中的应用研究

摘　　要：硅溶胶作为一种优良的防粘连剂应用于双面彩色相纸,本身处于亚稳定状态,双面彩色相纸的涂布液成分复杂,pH值范围要求严格,改善加入硅溶胶后涂布液的稳定性,解决车间涂布液过滤难的问题,保证批量生产顺利进行是本文研究的重点。本文通过优化双面彩色相纸保护层涂布液中硅溶胶的加入工艺,研究了pH值对加入不同类型硅溶胶后的涂布液过滤性能的影响。试验结果表明:先加入硅溶胶,最后加入柠檬酸的工艺,提高了涂布液中加入硅溶胶对pH值的适应性,改善了保护层涂布液的过滤效果,实际应用效果良好。As an excellent anti-blocking agent,silica sol is applied to double-sided color paper,but it is in a metastable state.The coating solution of the double-sided color paper is complex and strict pH range;it is the focus of this study to improve the stability of the coating solution after adding silica sol,to solve the prolem of difficult filtration of the coating solution in the production process,and to ensure smooth production.In this paper,the effect of pH value on the filtration performance of coating solution after adding different types of silica sol was studied by optimizing the addition process of silica sol in the coating solution of double-sided color paper protective layer.The results show that the process of adding silica sol first and citric acid last,the adaptability of the silica sol to the pH value in the coating solution was improved,and the filtration performance of the protective layer coating solution was improved,and the practical application effect was good.
