摘  要:目的:观察心脉隆注射液(XML)对血小板聚集的影响。方法:使用血小板聚集仪观察不同浓度的XML对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和花生四烯酸(AA)诱导血小板聚集的影响,及是否诱导正常血小板聚集。结果:1 g/L的XML能显著抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集,抑制率为7.8%;1 g/L和0.5 g/L的XML也明显抑制AA诱导的血小板聚集,抑制率分别为57.7%和20.5%;所有浓度的XML均不能直接诱导血小板聚集。结论:XML能剂量依赖性地抑制不同诱导剂引起的血小板聚集,且对ADP诱导血小板聚集的抑制作用强于AA。Objective To observe the influence of XML on platelet aggregation.Methods The influences of different concentration of XML on ADP and Arachidonic Acid(AA)-induced platelet aggregation,or on normal function of platelet were evaluated by platelet aggregation analyzer.Results 1 g/L XML significantly inhibited ADP-induced platelet aggregation with 7.8%inhibition rate;1g/L and 0.5g/LXML obviously inhibited AA-induced platelet aggregation with 57.7%and 20.5%inhibition rate,respectively.All concentrations of XML could not induce platelet aggregation.Conclusion XML dose-dependently inhibited platelet aggregation induced by different inducers,and the inhibitory effect of XML on platelet aggregation induced by ADP was stronger than that induced by AA.
