中药外敷治疗癌性疼痛的研究进展

摘　　要：癌性疼痛是恶性肿瘤患者的常见并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量和治疗信心。随着三阶梯止痛疗法在临床上的广泛应用,其不良反应多等弊端逐渐显露,而大量临床研究证实,中医药治疗癌痛有独特的优势,尤其是中药外敷,通过皮肤和黏膜表面吸收,药力直达病所,在治疗癌性疼痛方面具有镇痛效果持续时间长、疗效确切、副作用小等优点,能减少阿片类药物的剂量,从而减轻阿片类药物所带来的毒副作用,且操作简便、价格低廉,易于被癌痛患者所接受。Cancer pain is one of the common complications in patients with malignant tumor,which seriously affects the quality of life and treatment confidence of patients.With the wide application of three-step analgesic therapy in clinic,the drawbacks of its adverse reactions are gradually revealed,and a large number of clinical studies have confirmed that TCM treatment of cancer pain has unique advantages,especially the application of traditional Chinese medicine,through the skin and mucosal surface absorption,the potency of direct disease,its analgesic effect in the treatment of cancer pain long duration,the effect,Small side effects and other advantages,can reduce the dose of opioids,thus reducing the toxic side effects of opioids,and easy to operate,low price,easy to be accepted by cancer pain patients.
