庞国明运用犀角地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病合并齿衄临证思路初探

摘　　要：介绍庞国明教授治疗2型糖尿病齿衄的临证经验。庞国明教授认为2型糖尿病合并齿衄多由外感、内生二邪久蕴于内,热盛伤阳络动血所致,结合中医整体辨证思维,在主方调糖基础上,辨证运用犀角类方以凉血止血,内外合治,针药并施,疗效显著。This paper introduces the clinical experience of professor pang guoming in treating epistaxis with type 2 diabetes mellitus.According to professor pang guoming,type 2 diabetes with epistaxis is mainly caused by external sensation and endogenous pathogenic factors,which heat up Yang collaterals and move blood,combined with the overall thinking of syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine,based on the sugar regulating of main syndrome and main prescription,the prescription of bill horn is used to cool blood and stop bleeding,which is treated by internal and external treatment,combined with acupuncture and medicine,and the prevention and treatment is emphasized.The clinical treatment of epistaxis with type 2 diabetes mellitus with toothed epistaxis is effective according to syndrome differentiation.
