肝硬化失代偿期患者心理痛苦及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解肝硬化失代偿期患者心理痛苦水平,分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、心理痛苦温度计对300例肝硬化失代偿期患者进行心理痛苦调查。结果肝硬化失代偿期患者心理痛苦评分≥4分176例,占58.67%;多元线性回归分析显示,婚姻状况、经济问题、医疗费用支付方式、肝硬化病程、疼痛、睡眠问题是肝硬化失代偿期患者心理痛苦水平的重要影响因素。结论肝硬化失代偿期患者中度以上心理痛苦发生率较高,护理人员应根据心理痛苦发生的影响因素,采取干预措施改善其心理健康水平。Objective To understand the psychological pain level of patients with decompensated cirrhosis and analyze the influencing factors.Methods General information questionnaire and distress thermometer(DT)were used to investigate the psychological pain in 300 patients with decompensated cirrhosis.Results There were 176 cases in which patients with cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period psychological pain scoring 4 or more points,accounting for 58.67%.Multiple linear regression showed that marital status,economic problems,medical payment,duration of liver cirrhosis,pain,sleep problems were the main affecting factors of the level of psychological distress.Conclusion The incidence of mental pain in patients with decompensated cirrhosis is high,and the nursing staff should take intervention measures to improve their mental health based on the influencing factors of psychological pain.
