摘　　要：目的调查临床护士对医护到家服务的参与意愿及其影响因素,为开展延伸护理服务、落实护士多点执业提供实证依据。方法选取淄博市6所医院的712名临床护士对医护到家服务参与意愿及影响因素进行问卷调查分析。结果临床护士对医护到家服务参与意愿得分为(3.85±1.16)。66.85%的临床护士赞成医护到家服务形式。职称、是否为专科护士是影响临床护士参与意愿的主要因素。结论临床护士对医护到家服务参与意愿较高,仍需相关部门出台有效的法律/政策支持,对医护到家服务进一步的引导,激发高职称护士、高难度护理技术下沉,切实满足患者需求。Objective To investigate nurses'tendency to provide home care service and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for providing continuing nursing service,and promote the implementation of multi-point practice.Methods A questionnaire survey participation willingness of home care and influencing factors was conducted,and 712 registered nurses of 6 hospitals in Zibo were investigated.Results The score of clinical nurses'willingness to participate was(3.85±1.16).And 66.85%of them agreed with home care service.Logistic regression analysis showed that positional titles and being specialist nurses or not were the main factors that affected nurses'willingness to pursue the practice.Conclusion Clinical nurses have a high willingness to participate in medical home services.But relevant effective legal/policy support are still needed to provide further guidance,inspire senior nurses to participate,and put more high nursing skills into usage,so as to truly meet the needs of patients.
